I spend my own money (yes, really) to buy and test products across 8 different categories — from weight loss supplements to sleep aids, pain relief patches to skincare. I use them myself, track my results, and write about what actually happened. Sometimes I'm impressed. Other times, I'm frustrated. Either way, you'll get the honest truth.
Here's what I don't do: accept payment for positive reviews. Ever. I do use affiliate links (like Amazon Associates), which means if you click and buy, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. But here's the thing — that commission doesn't change my opinion. A bad product gets a bad review. A good product earns its spot. Simple as that.
