The ones that worked didn't promise "lose 10 pounds in a week" (spoiler: that's almost always a lie). They helped in smaller ways — curbing my appetite, boosting my energy so I'd actually want to move, or supporting my metabolism so I wasn't fighting against my own body.
In this category, I'm reviewing the weight loss products that I've personally tested for at least 4-6 weeks. That includes LuluTox, Bioma Probiotics, Purisaki patches, CitrusBurn, and others. I track whether I actually lost weight, whether I felt different (energy, cravings, mood), and — most importantly — whether I'd recommend spending your money on it.
Here's what I don't do: I don't promote magic pills or starvation diets. I don't post fake "before and after" photos. I don't make promises I can't keep. I'm just a regular person who's struggled with weight like most people, and I'm sharing what actually moved the needle for me — and what was total hype.

Here's my honest process: I use each product consistently for at least 4-6 weeks. I track my weight weekly (same time, same scale), but more importantly, I track how I feel — energy levels, cravings, mood, digestion, and any side effects. I don't change my diet or exercise routine dramatically during testing so I can actually tell if the supplement is doing something. I also research ingredients to see if there's legitimate clinical backing, not just marketing hype. I don't accept free products for reviews (because let's be honest, that biases you). Everything you see here was bought with my own money or tested thoroughly before I wrote about it. If a product didn't help me lose weight or made me feel worse, I'll tell you. If it genuinely helped, I'll tell you that too. No sponsored fluff, just real results from someone who's been on this journey.
