That's why I started testing supplements differently. I use each one consistently for at least 4-6 weeks. I track how I feel — energy levels, digestion, sleep, mood. And I'm honest about whether I noticed any difference at all.
In this category, I'm reviewing everything I've tried — from PrimeBiome and Magnesium Breakthrough to gut health probiotics and beyond. I look at ingredient quality, whether there's actual research behind the claims, and — most importantly — whether I felt any different after taking them.

Here's my honest process: I use each supplement consistently for at least 4-6 weeks. I don't change anything else in my routine — same diet, same sleep schedule — so I can actually tell if the supplement is doing something. I track energy levels, digestion, sleep quality, mood, and any noticeable changes (good or bad). I also research ingredient quality and check whether there's legitimate clinical backing for the claims. I don't accept free products for reviews (because let's be honest, that biases you). Everything you see here was bought with my own money or tested thoroughly before I wrote about it. If a supplement didn't do anything for me, I'll tell you. If it made a real difference, I'll tell you that too. No sponsored fluff, just real results from someone who's tired of wasting money on overhyped pills.
