Patches, pillows, and natural aids — what actually helped me sleep better
5+ Products TestedI used to think I was just "bad at sleeping." You know the drill — lying awake for hours, tossing and turning, waking up exhausted no matter how early I went to bed. I tried melatonin (gave me weird dreams), cut out caffeine after 2 PM (helped a little), even bought a fancy white noise machine (just made me have to pee more).
Then I started testing sleep-specific products — patches, ergonomic pillows, natural sleep aids. Some of them actually helped. Like, noticeable difference after a few nights. Others? Complete waste of money that ended up in the back of a drawer.
In this category, I'm reviewing everything I've tried to improve my sleep — from Wellamoon patches to Derila ergonomic pillows and beyond. I look at whether I fall asleep faster, whether I stay asleep through the night, how I feel in the morning, and — most importantly — whether I'd buy it again.

Here's my honest process: For patches and supplements, I use them consistently for at least 3-4 weeks. I track how long it takes me to fall asleep, how many times I wake up during the night, and how I feel in the morning. For pillows and physical products, I use them for at least 2-3 weeks to see if they actually improve comfort and sleep quality. I don't accept free products for reviews (because let's be honest, that biases you). Everything you see here was bought with my own money or tested thoroughly before I wrote about it. If a product didn't help me sleep, I'll tell you. If it surprised me, I'll tell you that too. No sponsored fluff, just real results from someone who's been exhausted and desperate for better sleep.
